Catholic Schools Week

This coming week Catholic schools throughout Ireland are marking ‘Catholic Schools Week’.

St. Louis Senior Primary school, Rathmines, will be running a programme Living Life to the Full to mark the event.

6pm Sunday Folk Mass Returning February 6th

Following a short suspension, the 6pm Sunday Folk Mass will resume on the 6th of February.


New Appointment

This is to announce that the Very Reverend Andrew O’Sullivan, newly appointed Parish Priest, will assume the pastoral care of the Parish of Rathmines and the Parish of Rathgar. Father O’Sullivan has been dispensed from the normal means of assuming the pastoral care of the parishes.


Church Lighting Appeal

The first phase of our relighting project has involved the replacing of the light bulbs in the main body of the church with long lasting and energy efficient LED lights. Paintings for the Parish Church

It gives us great delighted to announce that we have acquired a number paintings from Clonliffe College for Rathmines Parish Church. Every Monday at 10am, Mass will be offered in this church for all those who are sick. We have a beautiful card with a Prayer for Strength and we invite you to take one home with you or for family and friends. They are available at the back of the church.
